About

Bloom Collective is a studio focused on the human experience. We approach each of our projects with a sense of curiosity in order to unfold the unique story it has to tell. We thrive on creating meaningful environments that connect, inspire, and lift up the communities they serve.

Felicia is a seasoned, certified interior designer with a wide range of experience that includes multi-family, adaptive reuse, higher education, workplace, and hospitality projects. She believes in a nimble and comprehensive design approach that encourages interior designers to think beyond and challenge the status quo. Her particular strength lies in bringing a multi-disciplinary lens that weaves together thoughtful, sustainable, human-centric design solutions that elevate and inspire the human experience.

She is an active member of the interior design community in Phoenix, and currently serves as a committee volunteer for the IIDA Southwest Chapter. She also contributes her time to the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ), and Arizona State University’s Design School. In her spare moments, she is either tending to a restaurant that she co-owns in Tucson (El Chinito Gordo- check it out!), tackling a new renovation project, or cheering on her kids at their soccer games.

Julio, affectionately known as “Lio,” serves as an in-office representative with a knack for tidying up crumbs, keeping watch at the front door, and indulging in daytime naps. Lio adores receiving affectionate pats from his fellow office mates and finds utmost joy when his owner, Felicia, accompanies him and his sister Isla for outdoor adventures. Originally hailing from a rescue in Mesa, Arizona, Lio is renowned for his tranquil demeanor, occasionally finding himself rooted to his post at the front office in a display of unwavering security.
