Felicia is a seasoned, certified interior designer with a wide range of experience that includes multi-family, adaptive reuse, higher education, workplace, and hospitality projects. She believes in a nimble and comprehensive design approach that encourages interior designers to think beyond and challenge the status quo. Her particular strength lies in bringing a multi-disciplinary lens that weaves together thoughtful, sustainable, human-centric design solutions that elevate and inspire the human experience.

She is an active member of the interior design community in Phoenix, and currently serves as a volunteer with the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) and Arizona State University’s Design School. In her spare moments, she is either immersed in a book, tackling a new renovation project, or cheering on her kids at their soccer games.

Julio, affectionately known as “Lio,” serves as an in-office representative with a knack for tidying up crumbs, keeping watch at the front door, and indulging in daytime naps. Lio adores receiving affectionate pats from his fellow office mates and finds utmost joy when his humans accompany him and his sister, Isla, for outdoor adventures. Originally hailing from Yuma, Arizona, Lio is renowned for his tranquil demeanor, occasionally finding himself rooted to his post at the front office in a display of unwavering security.

Isla has been brightening the office vibe since 2024. She is bursting with bubbly energy and her office mates find it contagious. Her biggest talents are playing fetch, dog puzzles, and giving her best puppy eyes (in exchange for treats, of course). When she’s not on the job, you can find her in the pool, swimming and playing- you guessed it- fetch.
