Mark Bonillas is an registered architect with over 20 years of experience that spans the higher education, healthcare, municipal, multi-family housing, sports venues, and high-end residential market sectors. He is registered in multiple states (Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas), NCARB certified, LEED AP certified, and a City of Phoenix self-certification professional. He excels in leading construction administration efforts for complex project types, such as the Footprints Arena (formerly Talking Stick Arena), Arizona State University’s Football Stadium, and the Maricopa County Superior South Court Tower.

He is an expert at building lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, and enjoys challenging traditional design methods and construction approaches that help advance the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. He is a member of his local AIA chapter and actively mentors young professionals to cultivate the next generation of architects and designers.
